  • 1 large white sandwich bread loaf (or 3 packs of sliced bread), Butter (for spreading)
  • 1 can tuna (drained), 100g cream cheese, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp lemon juice, Black pepper
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs (chopped), 100g cooked ham (finely chopped), 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp mustard,
  • 100g crab sticks or cooked shrimp, 1 small pickled cucumber (finely chopped), 100g sour cream, Fresh dill, salt, and pepper,
  • Slices of boiled eggs, Slices of cucumber, lemon wedges, shrimp, Fresh dill, ham rolls

  • Spread butter lightly on each bread slice to prevent sogginess.
  • Make the fillings: Mix tuna, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper in one bowl. In another bowl, combine chopped eggs, ham, mayonnaise, and mustard. In a third bowl, mix crab/shrimp, cucumber, sour cream, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Assemble the layers: Place the first bread layer on a serving platter. Spread the tuna filling evenly. Add a second bread layer and spread the egg & ham filling. Add a third bread layer and spread the crab & cucumber filling.
  • Cover the whole sandwich cake: Use a mixture of sour cream and cream cheese to cover all sides and top smoothly.
  • Decorate the cake: Garnish with boiled egg slices, shrimp, cucumber slices, lemon wedges, dill, and ham rolls.
  • Chill and serve: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight for best flavor and firmness. Serve chilled.
